Britain's leader plans to press allies to deliver Ukraine with more advanced missile systems to target Russian targets during a meeting in London on Friday.

The prime minister will host Ukrainian President the Ukrainian head of state alongside what's known as "alliance of supportive nations", consisting of over twenty of Kyiv's partners who have committed to offer Kyiv security guarantees once fighting stops is negotiated.

The Ukrainian leader has been pleading for an extended period for more long-range weapons from the West, a move that Moscow has warned would worsen the hostilities.

Ukraine's leader is coming from Brussels, where he held talks with European representatives on Thursday seeking funding aid.

"The single figure engaged in the ongoing war who does not want to end the war is the Russian leader," Sir Keir said.

Britain's leader will urge participants to ramp up the provision of long-range weapons following a successful attack on a manufacturing site in the Russian city, the Russian Federation, using British-supplied Storm Shadow missiles.

"Additionally, his depraved attacks on small children in a nursery in recent days make that perfectly obvious," he stated further.

A pair of children were part of at least seven killed in a wave of Moscow's attacks on the country, which hit a preschool facility in the major urban center the eastern city.

Budgetary Negotiations

The Prime Minister will discuss with supporting countries on approaches for withdraw Russian oil and gas off the global market.

They will also examine using seized Moscow funds to supply Kyiv with economic assistance, although the plan encountered insufficient agreement and regulatory obstacles at the EU conference on yesterday.

European Union opted against consenting a plan to employ up to €140bn in seized Russian resources to financially prop up the Ukrainian economy.

Nevertheless, the participants consented to contribute to the country's "budgetary necessities" for the coming 24 months.

America also disclosed sanctions on midweek against Moscow's two largest oil companies, Rosneft and the private firm, as element of actions to add economic pressure on Moscow to commence hostility discussions.

Russia began its comprehensive attack of the country in winter 2022. It currently controls about one-fifth of Ukraine's soil, including the Crimean peninsula Russia took control of in the year 2014.
